I’ve tried quite a few kids vitamins and my kids usually refuse to take them after a few days, but First Day Kids Multivitamins have been a win in our house. The texture is soft and the taste is good enough that my kids actually remind me to give them their vitamins.
I also like that they’re made with quality ingredients and include important nutrients that support immune health, brain development, and overall growth. As a parent it’s nice to have a little peace of mind knowing they’re getting extra nutritional support, especially on days when their diet isn’t perfect.

Not only is the packaging absolutely adorable, but my 9 year old LOVES these vitamins! She comes to me every morning asking if she can have her daily gummies, which is a huge mom-win in itself. When I first opened them I did notice they had that “vitamin” smell, but that honestly doesn’t bother her at all. Some of them were a little clumped together, but they were really easy to separate, and once separated we haven’t had any issues with them sticking together. She’s my “chicken nugget kid”, and also a big snacker, so finding something that she truly enjoys and is excited about every day, that I can feel good about giving her is great. I’ve noticed that she isn’t asking for snacks quite as often, and I love that they’re very low in sugar while she loves that they taste good. It’s a win-win for both of us!

I’m really happy with this kids’ vitamin! I love that it’s made with clean ingredients, which is very important to me when choosing supplements for my children. We have tried a LOT of kids vitamins over the years. The healthy ones have ended up sitting on the shelf with my son refusing to eat them. I thought these would be the same, but I still wanted to give them a shot. It was questionable at first, but I was shocked when he was reminding ME to take our vitamins instead of the other way around. We were gifted this set, but my son notified me he was almost out and I need to order more! I finally found a kids vitamin he actually likes!

I recently tried these for my son, and we both absolutely love it. My son can be very picky with vitamins, but this is the first gummy vitamin he has actually liked and asked for again. He says it tastes just like candy, which makes our daily vitamin routine so much easier with no complaints. I also love that it’s a simple way to help support his daily nutrition.
