They all said have kids, its wonderful, life changing…

Everyone always says, “Have children—it’s a wonderful experience.” And in many ways, it truly is. Don’t get me wrong, I love my children more than anything.

I have three of them—my two girls and my son—and each one has an amazing, extraordinary, and completely unique personality. Being their mom is something I treasure deeply. I love teaching them, guiding them, and trying to instill the values that I hope will help shape them into kind and strong individuals.

But being a parent can also be incredibly challenging. It takes a lot of patience, a lot of strength, and above all, a lot of love. Some days are easier than others, but every day is part of the journey.

Even with the challenges, I truly love being a mom. Watching my children grow, learn, and become who they are meant to be makes every moment worthwhile.I’ve never wanted anything more than to be a mom—to have a family and share my life with a wonderful husband, which thankfully I do. It’s something I always dreamed about. But what we imagine in our minds before becoming parents can be very different from the reality we eventually experience.

Parenting brings so many unexpected moments. Unexpected events, unexpected illnesses, unexpected behaviors, and changes you never saw coming. Some days can catch you completely off guard.

I know I’m not the only one going through this. In a world full of moms and dads raising children, so many parents are experiencing similar challenges. When you sit down and really talk with other moms, you start hearing stories that sound so much like your own.

That’s what makes me wonder—why aren’t we sharing these stories more often?

If parents talked openly about their experiences, we could help each other so much more. Sometimes just hearing that another parent has faced something similar can make you feel less alone and maybe even point you toward something that helped them.

That’s one of the biggest reasons I started this blog. It’s also why I’ve spent so much time researching vitamins, supplements, and natural support options that may help children, while trying to avoid negative side effects that some traditional options can bring.

My hope is that by sharing experiences, ideas, and research, we can support each other and help our children in the healthiest ways possible.
